Sermons from October 2018
Whenever we face tough obstacles, major disappointments, struggles of any size, relationship difficulties, we tend to withdrawal. We tend to move away instead of moving forward and facing the difficult times and circumstances with the Lord. He is on our side. We see this in the first chapter of 2 Timothy. Paul is encouraging Timothy to be strong. To not forget his roots,…
As we work through the last chapter in 1 Timothy, we will see some of the “Final Thoughts” that Paul has for Timothy as he leads the church in Ephesus. Paul encourages a walk in the righteousness of God. A Godly life is critical as we follow Jesus.
As we look at 1 Timothy 5:17-25 we see the role of the pastor/elder and the need for them to be Godly, responsible and caring.
We will explore what 1 Timothy 5:1-16 says about the family. Who is my family and how should I treat my family.
