Final Thoughts

As we work through the last chapter in 1 Timothy, we will see some of the “Final Thoughts” that Paul has for Timothy as he leads the church in Ephesus. Paul encourages a walk in the righteousness of God. A Godly life is critical as we follow Jesus.

Family

We will explore what 1 Timothy 5:1-16 says about the family. Who is my family and how should I treat my family.

As we wrap up 1 Timothy 4, we see that Paul is encouraging Timothy to live his life in a way that is not of or for self. It is a live given to Jesus and must be lived for Jesus! Join us as we see what God has for each of us in regards to our walk and life with and in Him.

Trustworthy

As we see in 1 Timothy 3:14-4:10, Paul is explaining the purpose and reason that we should live a life that is worthy of God, aligning us with His plan and bringing Him glory. As we continue to look at the letter to Timothy from Paul, we are now seeing that a person’s “character” is crucial in life. Not only for them self, but for the kingdom’s sake as well. 1 Timothy 3:1-13 shows us a what a person with good “character” can do and be!

This Sunday, Craig will help us understand the biblical answer to, Why Christian Behavior is Important. We will look at Hebrews 13 and others passages to understand the importance of our behavior.

Big Dilemma
